At Jyuban Ukyo w/Kyoko. Top stuff. Had this producer also at Bakushuan Nihonbashi Sake bar/Izakaya. Not sure if it's the same bottling though.

Pear, lychee, lite banana, rich creamy, slightly sweet, a classic well-made JDG, fat and luscious. Maybe 0 NSD? 35% SMB, pasturized only once before bottling. Looking at the photo again it looks like this may be the Nakadori junmai bottling that I had on 10/18/22. Labels are very difficult to translate!
At Bakushuan sake bar-Izakaya in Nihonbashi.
Note: April 2022 indicated on the label
