I like Alsatian Rieslings when they get to this point. That is the interesting stage. it is in the the next stage of it's development and it is intriguing. Can't wait to try another on in 1-2 years |

At 13.5% this one is bone dry, but nicely proportioned. Soft and round on the palate, with some nascent tropical and floral notes, with a pleasant dose of mineral. |

Could almost be a Beaujolais from one of the great natural producers, but it has distinct Pinot character. The rough and tumble country cousin of a fine Burgundy, but super delicious nonetheless. |

So it's not Grand Cru, so it's off-dry, so it's influenced highly by the Muscat and Gewurztraminer in the blend, it is a wine with modest intentions that it reaches to the fullest. A super wine value that will appeal to Aunt Mabel at Thanksgiving dinner. |
