2/29/2024 - Stillwaters1174 Likes this wine: NR(2017 vintage) - More please!! For us occasional white drinkers, this is the reliable 1st choice to please everyone. Not too acidic or floral, it's really crisp and refreshing and slides down waaaay too easily.... |

6/24/2023 - Cheesybee Likes this wine: 87 pointsFrom Naked. Lemon-gold in glass. Nose of ripe peaches and pear. Palate - medium acidity, pear and peach, melon flavours, a sweetness to go well with spicy foods and also very drinkable. Nothing standout, but enjoyed with friends. |

4/9/2022 - Scott4227 Likes this wine: 92 pointsClosed tight initially, takes 30 mins to an hour to begin opening, menthol, forest floor, sour cherry notes, high acidity, good structured tannins supporting the cherry, strawberry fruit, a touch of oak nicely balanced. Wow. Slow drinker... opens nicely |

Looking forward to my ne t glass to see how it continues to develop. |

11/13/2020 - wordwoman Likes this wine: 92 pointsThe classic green bell pepper aroma is very up front here which makes me nervous since it can really take over a sauv blanc for me, but while it's noticeable on first sip, it's not overwhelming. The wine itself has the perfect blend up acid up front and lush, medium bodied smoothness. Along with the bell pepper there's pineapple, baked pear, and honey notes. What a crisp, delicious sipper! |

3/21/2020 - Splurge Likes this wine: 90 pointsMedium colour with plenty happening on the nose. Floral red fruits, strawberries raspberries and more. On the palate it’s all there with an interesting tang and long finish. I’ve had better but I’ve also had worse examples of Pinot. For a normally Shiraz drinker that would avoid Pinot this is one I will go back to. Well worth it. |

10/13/2019 - Cheesybee Likes this wine: 86 pointsGood, grapefruit, grassy (but not too...) and sharpish lime citrus. Versatile as we had it over a couple of nights with different dishes. Not classic Marlborough SB for me, but would buy again (a good brand generally, The Lay of the Land Pinot Gris is great). |

7/10/2019 - vdv115 wrote: 89 pointsI love the acidity of this wine, I find it a little more acidic than other Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that I have had and I am a happy drinker. On the nose I notice hints of grapefruit. On the palate I have green apples, citrus and grass. Awesome SB that I will buy again. Was a little daring and paired this SB with Penne Vodka, the acidity of this wine was perfect with the Penne Vodka. This wine is a winner. |

See-saw wine. |
