Still drinking very well. Has picked up some more baking spices and long, layered mid. Fruit has darkened, less sour cherry and strawberry and more plum, blackberry, licorice. Very nice and probably at this rate will hold up a few more years.

At cellar temp, some pepper, sour cherries on the nose, long skinny legs. Tartness at first sip, medium acidity, cranberries, leather, chocolate. After warming up a bit, plums and menthol. Multiple layers. Very good.
