This is not a late harvest wine, and as such does not have the late harvest nuances and complexities. It tastes like a 22 brix at harvest wine that had fermentation stopped at 7.5% ABV to have sweetness. They should have harvested late and called it late harvest and let ferment to 12% ABV. |

Palate had nice medium acidity, no tannins, mild alcohol , medium length, just enough sweetness. Flavors as suggested by the nose. Limited notes as this was drank with friends, but all involved thought it was tasty. I don’t recall it being all that complicated, but that’s okay. Scored as above, would get again, but not going back to the store to seek it out. |
