Long finish with well integrated tannins that benifits from at least an hour decant. There is a brightness to the finish which imho implies this can be cellared for at least five years. “ The blend is five traditional Bordeaux grapes.”Drinking very nicely right now. |

This is definitely above my normal price range so hard to judge QPR, but it is among the best Napa cabs or cab blends I have had. All of the elements are remarkable; great classic cab in the nose followed by a delicate and balanced palate where the other varietals soften the taste very well; the body is medium but “full” at the same time and the finish is lasting and satisfying. This was perfect to bring to The House of Prime Rib in S.F. |

Body is delicate and nose is muted yet lingering. Taste is full and tannins softened with time. By the end, this wine delivered, though not quite to the price point. |
