En boca tiene buen ataque, cuerpo medio, muy buenos amargos, cierta textura en boca, bastante frescura y gran persistencia y profundidad. |

9/25/2022 - PacoHigon Likes this wine: NRNo se si se trata del único #fondillón que está bodega identifica con el concepto de "Sacristía", ya que leyendo la información parece un vino asociado a un año (1979) y como sucedió con su 1970, no es un vino de solera sino una única barrica que desparecerá tras las oportunas sacas. Caoba con destellos ámbar. La nariz tiene una excepcional presencia, hay frutos secos, pasas sultanas, barnices, matices especiados, recuerdos a maderas finas y algo de higos en licor. En boca la entrada en excelente, con cierta untuosidad, notable frescura, buenos amargos, estructura media, largo y con gran profundidad. Una delicia. Do you find this review helpful? Nariz expresiva, seductora, con notas de frutos secos, duelas envinadas, fruta licorosa, especias exóticas y tabaco inglés. En boca tiene buen ataque, cuerpo medio, suaves amargos, reaparecen las notas licorosas, incluyendo fruta en licor, notable frescura, buenos amargos y gran profundidad.
