Nose of roses, fruit, and brambles. Taste is pure roses and cherry, though some secondaries of earth, tart green grapes, and blackberry. Medium long, clean finish. Has meyer lemon, pineapple and striking salinity from the seaside vineyard location. A touch of vanilla softens the palate. Pairs with usual seafood, but this worked well with a thai green curry too.
