8/16/2011 - winelover206 wrote: 96 pointsWhat an incredible wine! My second bottle which was equally as impressive as the first. When first opened the wine was incredibly tight and hard to make out all the layers of complexity but over only 45 min the wine became sensational so velvety smooth with amazing tannins and depth displaying dark fruit that only few wines can display. Can't wait for my next bottle |

2008 Tuck Beckstoffer AmuletSt. Helena Red Bordeaux Blend more |
8/15/2011 - winelover206 wrote: 84 pointsExpected a lot more from this coming from Tuck Beckstoffer but the wine was incredibly shallow/thin with almost no finish. For a cab this was medium body but without any discernible character. The nose was certainly the best part of the wine. We will see if this improves tomorrow |
