With moderate alcohol and medium + acidity this wine has aged well. Tannins are fine & well integrated. Palate is complex with a slight vegetal note. This is at peak now but shows no signs of fading- will hold 3-5 years more. |

Long finish of citrus, tangerine, and grapefruit coupled with that honeyed note. This wine is a conundrum for those that don't understand Austrian wine - if you are willing, try with an open mind and you will be pleasantly surprised! |

Slightly oxidized due to poor storage conditions but the grenache has held up better than expected. Very impressed - good example of aged top quality (producer) southern Rhone. |
