Drank 1/2 the bottle on night one because my guests really did not go for this one as it was too far outside the "normal" wine experience. I drank the rest of the bottle on day two and can say it did not get any better. So, if you want an unusual wine, give this a try, but steer clear if you want a traditional flavor profile. |

Unfortunately after about an hour the alcohol took over and the flavors became muted and I was disappointed I didn't drink the wine quickly enough. 15.8% ABV so maybe not surprising. |
