This is intense. A lot of powerful tobacco and leather notes, as would be expected, however the tannins are soft and there is some cherry in the finish. Not getting the orange peel that another review highlighted, but the finish is long and complex with much to pick out. Should have bought more! |

It is still intense and you won’t ever get confused and think you are in Europe, you may not even think you are drinking new world pinot, but overall it is a good well balanced glass with decent acidity that can complement light and more hearty food |
