I've been drinking this since release (probably one a year since then), and, for my palate, it seems to really be in the zone just now; others before it were good, but not nearly as complete. Medium/med+ body, light>med gold color, with fresh, complex aromas that speak to place (minerals) grape, and method. It's off the beaten path, but a worthy diversion, and one that seemed better after a 20 minutes aeration in decanter. Also, benefits from warmer vs. colder serving temp. Can be enjoyed on its own, but, unsurprisingly, better with food. 2 bottles left, that I'll drink within the next 2-3 years.

Lemon, lime, and a light, but distinct, lees notes. The mid-palate shows just a touch of oak notes with some vanilla bean. Crisp acidity. Not a ton of length on the finish, but the overall balance here shows quality winemaking.

What an interesting Champagne! Tasted blind. Lots of green and mellow apple in the nose, therefore I thought some kind of sparkling Cidre 😊 On the palate very fine mousseuc, beautiful pressure and good texture. Long, fine and lingering. Lovely experience! Thank you Thomas! 91

Light tangerine nose. Light hue. Taste of chardonnay but not overly "buttery and oaky". Little tart, citrus, kumquat. Long finish. Not sure what the price point is on this wine (gift). Enjoyable and worth another try.

As it turns out, this bottle seems to pair nicely with my dinner. I’m more positive of its longevity.

Appearance - clear, darker yellow gold. Apple juice color.

Nose - medium intensity. Applesauce. As much cinnamon as cooked apple. Some lemon. Toasty. Very alive and fragrant.

Palate - it’s alive on the palate. Acidity is still strong, tastes fresh in an aged fruit way (if that makes sense). Balanced. It’s Alcoholic apple sauce (in the best way imaginable). Paired very well with an Indian spiced vegetable dish. Very fresh tasting just with older stewed fruit. Apples and cinnamon. Cooked. Feel a bit of alcohol on palate but still well integrated. Finish lingers, some fruit and black pepper.

Based upon this bottle I would say this wine has more life to it and I’m sad this is it for me. I didn’t love the last one I had but this bottle makes me think it has a longer life ahead. Enjoy.

The wine looks rosy colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry. It tastes like raspberry, strawberry, red currant, orange, lemon, honeysuckle and orange blossom. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
