12/4/2014 - TomColman Likes this wine: 85 pointsLeather and pinetree aromas with remniscent black berries. Acidity still present, tannins are polished. The taste is a bit thin and short, unable to hide a lesser year. |

11/24/2012 - David Meddings wrote: 89 pointsDecanted 2 hours. Full bouquet of cassis, cherries and some cigar leaf, eucalyptus notes. Round attack, a vein of minerality and acidity supports a balanced, complex mid-palate of sweet dark fruit and some spice. Medium final. Very approachable and was enjoyed by all. |

5/23/2008 - Charlie Carnes wrote: 87 pointsPretty clear brick color. At first the wine is definitely solid, a little tart, but fresh. I will slow "O" for a couple of hours. Come back and smell a little fir needle, and some slight forest notes. The wine has a little barn and earth. In mouth some fruit and a touch of sweetness. St. Estephe like but comes up a little short. Not bad for a 23 year old fully mature drinker. |
