Slight burnt notes. Drinks like a young top Chablis without the oyster shell notes. Very impressive but young next bottle later this year. 93+ |

Medium-bodied, almost viscous through the mid-palate with a saline, oyster shell, and mineral finish. Well-judged acidity. This was a match made in heaven with raw oysters on the half-shell, seared scallops and prawns. I really enjoyed this bottle and will not hesitate to buy again. |
