Nez qui fait WOW ! Parfum, tabac, cuir, terre et framboise….. La bouche fait WOW ! Itou. Bonne structure, attaque riche et fruitée. Notes de résine, de fruit super mur. Night harvest to keep grapes cool. 1-day maceration. Fermented in stainless steel vats at 24-27°C. Malolactic. No crianza (unoaked). Fined without using animal products. Lightly filtered without chemicals. 13.5% Abv. Background: Punctum Biodynamic Family Vineyards was founded in 2005 by three siblings of the Fernandez family. Now part of the family's Grupo Sándalo with 300+ ha of vineyards and 3 wineries, Viento Aliseo (Trade Wind) being one of the brands of biodynamic wines. CEO: Jesús Fernández CFO: Cristina Fernández Enologist & Production Director: Ruth Fernández A(ccuray)=2: Med deep bright ruby/garnet. Mildly rustic, spicy blend.
