A sip and the viscosity are undisputedly much better than a village wine, with great acidity balance, as well as softness and elegance coupled with power. I’ve been exploring lessor known Chablis producers and this L Chatelain fit the bill. Even though it has a James Suckling 92 rating sticker on the bottle, this red flag didn’t scare me off. |
