This is an elegant wine, which could be cellared for at least 5-8 years to let the tannin mellow. It will be a stellar wine if cellared but you can really enjoy this if it is decanted for a good hour. Totally worth the money! Pair with any mushroom dish, or chicken. I would recommend this wine to be shared with someone whom you love....regardless of reciprocity!! |
