After a few hours open picked up some red fruit notes, strawberry. Bottle in good condition. Dry medium - acidity keeping with '03 tannins are present but not over powering. Feel them in gums but the finish isn't super dry representative of vintage. Picked up crushed berries now, raspberries/ cassis perhaps after a few hours open and a little less tobacco dominated but still present and some cedar on the attack. Medium finish very nice make me realize how much i love Bordeaux! |
