At first there was a bitter taste present but after having the wine open for a while the bitterness went away. Taste of green Pepper, anais, cassis, dark chocolate. I do believe this wine could still age for a few years (2-4 years). A very good wine overall. |

3/12/2015 - En3rgizer Likes this wine: 90 pointsAt smell you get Cassis Fruit and blueberry with a hint of black chocolate. At taste the cassis and blueberry comes back including the green pepper taste you get from cab. I did find some earthiness in this wine and the tannins were still very present. It was a very good wine that I rate 89 since it is very enjoyable right now but I give a +1 for the fact that I do believe this wine still have aging potential and will become a 90 points wine in 3-5 years from now. |
