Decanted for 30 minutes and felt it was much better and showing fruit-forward characteristics. Continued to drink over the next few hours and it evolved in that time. Felt like the terroir was more present after an hour and continued to see added depth in flavor. Given that most owners seemed to have consumed this already I thought I might have missed the boat. Nope! Drink now if you can, it's excellent |
