Even after letting it sit for an hour it was still just fruit, tannic, and thin. I will be probably making a red wine sauce with the rest of it. The first bottle I turned into a sangria which wasn't that good either. |

I also bought the remaining mica for a later date. Not much of a tasting note and more of story but you won't be disappointed if you enjoy Napa Cabs. |

The wine was done in 1/3 new French oak barrels for eight months and it shows ever so slightly. It is not an overly oaked chard. The oak is just a light note in a symphony of tastes and smells. |
