On the palate, it’s medium-plus but more fruit and less spice. Palpable that it’s on the higher ABV but not overpowering. Finish is enjoyable and lingers with cola and darker fruit. At age 12, it’s time to drink, but these will last a few more years yet. Enjoy! |

2012 Kosta Browne Pinot Noir Sonoma Coastmore |
10/7/2023 - Windy City Wine Guy Likes this wine: 92 pointsPerfect cork at 11 years and a really enjoyable drinkable experience. It won’t knock your socks off, but the dark red fruit aromas are still vibrant, albeit with a sense of subtlety. Lightening at the edges, color wise. Palate is fresh with bright acidity and a lingering finish. Nicely done, Kosta Browne. Drink now. This might have a little more gas in the tank. |
