100% Pinot Grigio
Growing area: San Lorenzo
Soil type: Calcareous, gravel soils on a broad alluvial shelf 60m above sea level
Vineyard: Gris
Yield: 50 hl/ha
Harvest: By hand
Vinification: Fermentation in 500L French oak, followed by maturation on the fine lees in same barrels for 11 months, with frequent bâtonnage. After bottling, the wine is cellared for 4 months.
Aging potential: 6-10 years
