GIMENEZ RIILI
The Gimenez Riili family has more than 50 years of experience in the art of producing high quality wine in Argentina. Their vineyards, located in Maipú and the Uco Valley, Mendoza, are situated within a special micro climate that experiences high daytime temperatures and very cool nights. Under these conditions, the fruit ripens fully with strong characteristics, creating a very unique personality reflective of the terroir. Gravity flow is utilized to gently transport the grapes into small tanks. Here, a prolonged fermentation and maceration take place and provide the wine with great complexity and intense color.
