ALTAVISTA
After a trip to Argentina the D´Aulan family (well knowed by making the Piper Heidsieck champagne) buys Altavista with the intention to get value to tipical plants of Argentina. Malbec and Torrontés.
The vineyards ar ubicated in Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco (Mendoza) and in Cafayate (Salta). Acctually they have the capacity to produce 2.200.000 bottles 52 pilets of 118Hl and 16 pilets of 52hl. In the winery they have alredy 510.000 bottles in cellar. All the wines pass thru french oak and american. The barrels are in a subbterrain cave with ideal conditions of temperature and humidity.
