Black Sears is the highest vineyard on Howell Mountain and is among the highest vineyards in all of Napa Valley. The Black Sears family is committed to caring for the land they love and call home, farming organically and biodynamically in the vineyard. The site barely needs any irrigation with its deep roots; the vine growth is so well balanced in this exceptional location. The clusters are beautiful: loose, with very dark, thick-skinned berries.
