Harmony ³, our traditional Bordeaux blend and flagship wine offers wonderful violet, black currant, and cinnamon components in the nose, while on the palate you experience an explosion of spice and black cherry flavors. This wine is expected to age nicely over the next ten to fifteen years. Suggested pairings include hearty beef stews, BBQ tri-tip, and baked pasta dishes with a red meat sauce.
