2011 Donkey and Goat Chardonnay Late Harvest Wayward

See wine details

Our first late harvest Chardonnay made from Chardonnay grapes we picked on Nov 30, 2011 at an El Dorado vineyard sitting at 3000 feet elevation. We allowed the fermentation to start and end naturally and the resulting wine is a mere 2% RS which makes it sing with the cheese plate.
