Winery TN:
This blend is bursting with dark brambly blackberry fruit with blueberry and black cherry, punctuated with notes of savory herbs like thyme and sage. There is a vanilla softness, highlighted by melted chocolate and sweet baking spices like clove and anise. Interestingly, there is an undertone of wet pavement minerality. The finish is lifted and the last impressions are ripe and mouthwatering.
