The 2005 Diverstie was made by the husband and wife team of Sam Tannahill (formally of Archery Summit) and Cheryl Francis (formally of Chehalem). The wine was cold soaked and then allowed to ferment using natural yeast. Diversite is made from clones selected from accross the vineyard, with the Swiss clone Mariafeld comprising about 15% of the final wine.
