  April 2, 2009 - Had it with a bean and sausage casserole. Very dark in appearance, almost black. Popped and poured. Not alot on the nose - hints of cherry. Slight tannins. A little clove, black currant, every so slightly sour. This wine may be passed its prime if it every had a prime.
