  September 8, 2022 - A distinct nose of toasted licorice, sweet bell pepper, black berries and grounded spices. Very similar personalities on the palate. Simple but persistent of a medium-bodied structure. Smooth and elegant. Finish is chalky. Still young, should continue to evolve for the next few years to achieve better harmony.
