  September 10, 2022 - A hint of butter when it first hits your palate, then apples and lemons and oranges. Not green apples, but ripe, eating apples. Finishes with a smooth acidity that never gets too sharp. For my personal preferences, this is about as good as Chardonnay gets.
  
  2/9/2023 Didn't get the apple this time around, it was all citrus, lemons in particular, but lime and grapefruit as well. Nice finish. Great with chicken mushroom risotto.
