  September 11, 2022 - - Ruby color with slow forming legs and aromas of raspberry, cherry, mushroom and tea. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry with a medium body. Smooth texture with a short finish - Decanted 30 minutes. Drinking really well. Cellared perfectly, drink now though.
