  September 15, 2022 - Ripe and bright red fruits, dried herbs and toasted licorice. Clean and fresh nose with decent amount of fruit on the palate. Some richness and spices of star anise and clove filled the medium-bodied palate. Somewhat chalky tannins for now. Need a few more years for the elements to integrate better. Finish is elegant and soft.
