September 18, 2022 - Darker nose than the 2015 and 2014 vintage. Black cherries, almond and toasted cumin, a touch of minty chocolate on the nose. Palate showed sour plums and smoked spices, supple and earthy on the medium-bodied palate. Finish is clean and velvety. Drink with an hour of decanting and will be beautiful in 3 years’ time. 91-92 pts.
