  September 25, 2022 - Dark and dense. Scents of leather, mountain berries, heather and warm brick. Fine tannins and deep fruit in the mouth. Works wonders as a companion to breast of duck, and will likely develop into something more refined and complex over time. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (77%), but with four other typical Bordeaux varieties.
