  September 30, 2022 - I expected more freshness, vitality and…. mostly…. classic structure for a 2016. Soft, ripe, silky isn’t what I expected. OK this sounds nice but the flavour is too ripe, dark plums plus some brett.
  
  This used to be cheap old-school claret. Now it’s a bit souped up (consultants?), probably way more reliable and acceptable to retailers but it’s stewed fruit (ripe and unripe).
