  October 4, 2022 - Ripe and fresh cherries and plums with toasted cumin, licorice and leather. Rich, fruity and simple palate from entry to finish. Not much depth but there is good acidity running though it’s core, transiting to a finish with some tannins for further aging. Ready to drink now. Good pairing with spicy food given its soft and fruity traits.
