  October 4, 2022 - Savoury smoked ham with ripe blueberries, violet, licorice, peppery clove and vanilla spice on the nose. Palate is filled with sweet and smoky notes, powerful and fat. Full-bodied and opaque structure. Too much toasty oak. Transition to finish has a touch of salty minerals.
