  October 6, 2022 - Glorious October: Opened and poured on a glorious October day. Glyceric, heady, humid and boozy boquet of very deep blacks and blues. On the palate, a little bitter chocolate, bramble, toast, char, wood. Opening with air, to reveal a dense resovrior of smooth dark jams - blackberry, plum, hoisin, etc.
