  October 12, 2022 - Slightly darker than pale lemon in colour with slight petulance on the glass.
  Aromas start out gooseberry, green bell pepper & faint citrus progressing to slightly tropical fruit.
  On the palate, very savoury citrus/lime, jalapeño, hint of biscuit, high acidity with a long finish to spice & chalky minerality.
  Very interesting & appreciated different style than Marlborough or Sancerre, a very spicy Sauvignon Blanc to be sure!
