  October 18, 2022 - These bottles have started to close up. This one had a very reserved nose and palate for days.
  Literally 8 days later, I had 6oz left in the bottle undecanted and was still very good. This Mencia will last decades.
  Oubliez ce-lui-ci pour dix ans ou plus.
  
  Let them shut down.
  Revisit in 5-10.
