  October 21, 2022 - Tasted after a one hour decant.
  Dark ruby in colour with a definite garnet hue.
  Aromas of earth/forest floor, sweet tobacco/chocolate, leather & rustic oak.
  On the palate, full bodied baked black fruit, sour cherry, figs, mint, leather, earth/forest floor, sweet tobacco, medium acidity & high soft tannins with a long finish to spice & Black Forest Cake.
  This is lovely, complex, rustic wine that I would have loved to taste 10 years ago!
  Still very good body/structure on night #3. Flavour profile mostly sour cherry & rustic oak.
