  November 9, 2022 - Off the wine list at King, NYC. Decanted, then served immediately. Rose petals and cherry, with a savory character. Strong acidity, but not too tannic. Infanticide. Paired with their ‘onglet’ (steak cutlet): fine, but not inspired.
