  November 19, 2022 - At first, strong metallic wet wool, and ethyl acetate aromas , 80% blown off after 20 minutes in the glass, leaving a wine that is dense, rich, bloody, and gamey, with the smoke and salinity of great charcuterie . Terrific acidity, and plenty of band aid/ferrous minerality. Drink now , and before 2027.
