  Pale bronze salmon.
  Barely ripe strawberry and raspberry, brine, relatively coarse mousse. Some tannic grip across the palate. Short length of flavour, however the tannins have a lasting impression. Pretty unexciting to drink on its own though it should pair nicely with hors d’oeuvres.
