  November 26, 2022 - A really gorgeous old(er) Sauternes. It had notes of almond, dried apricot, butter toffee, walnuts, yellow apples, and nutmeg. Still beautifully balanced, with plenty of racy acidity alongside the intense sweetness. Still plenty of concentration and complexity. Fades a little after a couple of hours.
