  November 30, 2022 - It's already in the advanced stage so better served with lower temperature. Heavy oak influence without sufficient fruity and acidity to balance the palate. OTOH, it gave a prominent texture and body. Inconsistency was clearly seen here compare with my last bottle tried 10 months ago.
